Using Reportago

Reportago is a tool for documenting work with photos, notes and PDF reports. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement under the law that applies to you. If you act for a business, you must have authority to use the service on its behalf.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase, you may use the app for your own personal or business work. The app and website are licensed for use, not sold as source code. You may not resell the app itself, bypass purchase controls, compromise its security or use it unlawfully.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the photos, notes, logos, signatures and other content you add. You give only the permissions needed to process that content for the actions you choose, such as displaying it, creating a PDF, backing it up or sharing it.

You are responsible for having permission to photograph work, record client details and signatures, and share the resulting report. Respect other people's privacy, confidentiality and intellectual-property rights. Do not use Reportago to falsify records, impersonate someone or create misleading evidence.

Review the contents, recipients and appearance of a report before sending it. Reportago does not independently check whether work was performed correctly or whether statements in a report are true.

Reports, signatures and delivery

A signature drawn on the screen is included as an image in the report. Reportago does not authenticate a signer's identity, supply a qualified electronic signature or determine whether a document meets a particular legal or contractual signing requirement.

Saved PDF history identifies generated versions. It does not prove that a client received, read or accepted a report. Any acceptance or delivery confirmation must be obtained separately.

Demonstration reports and images on the website are fictional examples and should not be used as records of your own work.

Local storage, exports and backups

Report editing is local and can work offline. Reportago does not provide an automatic cloud repository of your reports. You are responsible for making and protecting backups and checking exported files.

Removing local app data, permanently deleting a report, uninstalling the app or losing a device may cause the loss of local work. Exported copies and files sent to others are managed separately. Keep important business records outside a single device.

Paid features and subscriptions

If paid features are offered, the checkout and store listing show the price, currency, duration and included features before purchase. We do not charge for a plan that you have not selected.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically according to the terms shown by Google Play unless cancelled. Manage or cancel them in your Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues until the end of the paid period; the store's applicable terms and your mandatory rights take priority.

A Lifetime option, where offered, is a one-time purchase for the associated access entitlement without recurring subscription charges. It does not promise that the app, a particular operating system or third-party services will remain available forever, and it does not limit mandatory rights relating to a paid purchase.

Uninstalling Reportago or asking us to delete data does not cancel a subscription. Purchase restoration depends on the relevant store account, product availability and store rules. Google Play handles billing; RevenueCat helps recognize purchase entitlements.

Refunds and consumer rights

Google Play's refund process applies to purchases made through Google Play, together with any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. Contact Google Play for store refund requests or email us for help identifying the relevant purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes legal rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, including any required consumer guarantees, remedies for defective digital content or legally available withdrawal rights.

Availability and changes

Compatible Android software, device permissions and sufficient storage are needed for relevant features. Purchase management, external sharing services and this website may require internet access. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

We may update the app, fix problems or change its supported features and platforms. Any change to a concluded paid purchase is subject to applicable law and required notice or consent. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains local report storage and the use of Google/Firebase, RevenueCat, website hosting and support information. Read it at https://reportago.com/privacy. Privacy permissions and any required consent are separate from these Terms.

Warranties and responsibility

Except for warranties and rights required by law, Reportago is provided as available. We cannot guarantee that every report layout, file transfer or device operation will be error-free. You should check reports and retain backups appropriate to your work.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate content you provide, unauthorized sharing you choose, failure to retain backups, or failures of independent third-party services. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, disputes and contact

We may revise these Terms and will show their effective date. Material changes will receive any notice or consent required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to an existing purchase.

Please contact us first about a problem so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using remedies, courts or regulators available under applicable law.
